Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying new enterprise leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions that drive business value.
- Demo Delivery: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders, effectively articulating the unique selling proposition of Apex Solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigate complex sales cycles, handle objections, and close deals within agreed-upon timelines.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility for the sales leadership team.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or SaaS sales.
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch to C-suite executives.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
