Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide weekly status reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
