Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value contracts
- Identify and penetrate new markets across North America
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Present product solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Strong technical aptitude to articulate complex solutions
- Experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 25% of time
