Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise accounts across North America
- Lead complex deal cycles from prospecting to contract closure with $100K+ average deal size
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Maintain 150+ active enterprise pipeline with quarterly quota attainment of 120%
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track metrics and forecast revenue with 95% accuracy
- Mentor junior sales associates through our structured peer coaching program
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration
Qualifications
- 8+ years enterprise sales experience with consistent 110%+ quota achievement
- Proven track record selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 accounts
- Expertise in complex negotiation and contract structuring for multi-year agreements
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales analytics tools
