Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across North America
- Lead a team of 5-6 Account Executors, providing coaching and performance metrics
- Identify and penetrate new markets, establishing key relationships with C-level executives
- Drive complex sales cycles with contract values exceeding $500K
- Analyze market trends to inform product development and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted lead generation campaigns
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy within Salesforce
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding $5M annual sales quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
- Deep understanding of B2B procurement processes and contract negotiation
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
