Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Fortune 500 accounts across enterprise sectors
- Lead a 12-person sales team, driving performance through data-driven coaching and pipeline management
- Forge C-level relationships with key stakeholders at target organizations
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product roadmaps
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client retention rates
- Implement Salesforce CRM best practices to optimize sales forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of $5M+ annual revenue generation in SaaS or tech solutions
- Expertise in complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Certification in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams
- Experience with value-based selling methodologies and ROI-driven proposals
