- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 accounts
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles with 6-7 figure contract values
- Build and manage high-performance sales teams across multiple territories
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry influencers and solution providers
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Maintain 150%+ annual quota achievement through strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance solution offerings based on client feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience with proven track record in SaaS
- Minimum 5 years managing sales teams of 10+ professionals
- Documented success selling solutions to C-suite executives
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Strong analytical skills with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience scaling sales operations in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSE, CPSM) highly valued
