Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 companies
- Lead a team of 5-6 Account Executives with monthly/quarterly KPI oversight
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive complex B2B negotiations and contract finalizations ($500K+ deals)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align sales with company vision
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 10+ years B2B sales experience with 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Strong presentation skills with experience at executive conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience scaling sales teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certified Sales Executive (CSE) or equivalent preferred
