Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve $5M+ annual revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 8-10 enterprise account executives
- Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 prospects across North America
- Drive sales process optimization through data-driven methodologies and CRM implementation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain 95%+ pipeline conversion rates
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles with complex multi-year contracts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce.com and sales analytics
- Exceptional negotiation skills for enterprise-level deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- Experience building sales processes from 0 to 100+ team members
