Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value enterprise prospects through outbound prospecting and market research.
- Conduct compelling discovery calls to understand client pain points, challenges, and business goals.
- Execute the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategy.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to executives.
- A self-starter mentality with a high level of resilience and drive to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
