Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads through strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Sales Cycle Management: Navigate the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery meetings and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry verticals to inform sales strategy.
- Closing: Utilize a consultative selling approach to overcome objections and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably within the FinTech, SaaS, or Technology sectors.
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
