Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within designated market segments and industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and go-to-market tactics.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS, Technology, or Enterprise Software sector.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
