Responsibilities
- Execute a consultative sales process targeting C-level executives within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic territory plan to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to deliver bespoke technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, and security review processes to ensure seamless deal closure.
- Champion the customer voice internally, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize the top-of-funnel pipeline.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of consistent success in Enterprise SaaS or Cloud Infrastructure sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas with average deal sizes exceeding $150k.
- Mastery of value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management).
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical ROI to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management.
- Highly resilient mindset with a 'win-as-a-team' collaborative attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA or technical background is a significant plus.
