Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and product demonstrations for C-level executives.
- Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product teams to tailor solutions for prospect needs.
- Negotiate contracts and provide accurate weekly forecasting to leadership.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically targeting enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota in a competitive landscape.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools (SalesLoft/Outreach).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles (6-12 months) and procurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry conferences.
