Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and demos to complex contract negotiations.
- Engage and build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to align our solution roadmap with enterprise requirements.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within Salesforce, providing predictable weekly revenue forecasting.
- Lead regional industry events and networking initiatives to expand market presence.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations and technical deep-dive sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sales methodology or similar consultative selling frameworks.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical buyers.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex procurement and legal cycles.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
