Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact executive-level presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Navigate complex procurement and legal requirements within Fortune 500 accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM integrity using Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage a long, complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate ROI and technical business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
