Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate Fortune 500 prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to C-suite and technical decision-makers.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategies based on client feedback.
  • Maintain a robust, clean pipeline within Salesforce, providing accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Attend industry-leading trade shows and executive summits to bolster brand presence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in an Enterprise or Major Accounts role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $1M+ in ARR.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a mastery of consultative selling techniques.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and multi-threaded buying committees.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate software value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Gong.io.
