Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery and demo to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
- Present high-impact demonstrations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecast data and CRM hygiene to ensure organizational transparency.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive positioning to articulate the NexusFlow value proposition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hitting 100%+ quota.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sales methodology or similar consultative selling frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with complex decision-making processes.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate software value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
