Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to executive-level pain points.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and marketing teams to refine sales messaging.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Negotiate and close high-value annual contracts with Fortune 500 prospects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise software ecosystem and procurement processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Proven ability to navigate large organizations and build consensus among decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales intelligence platforms like Outreach or Gong.
