Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client retention.
- Leverage Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts.
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS ecosystem and competitor market landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, consistently hitting 100%+ of quota.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence executive decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate ROI to technical and non-technical buyers.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
