Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value leads.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and executive presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and market messaging.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate forecast visibility and account intelligence.
- Attend industry-leading trade shows and conferences to build executive-level networking channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to close six-figure and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or Challenger Sales methodologies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Self-motivated with a 'growth mindset' and a track record of top-tier performance rankings.
- Strong understanding of modern CRM workflows and sales engagement tools.
