Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Suite decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations.
- Manage a complex pipeline within Salesforce with precision and accuracy.
- Represent NexusFlow at industry conferences and high-level networking events.
- Provide actionable market feedback to leadership to influence product roadmap development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas of $1M+ in ARR.
- Expertise in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for boardroom environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex software solutions into business value.
