Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and penetrate new enterprise logos.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to executive-level pain points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition.
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline within Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue forecasting.
- Lead strategic account planning sessions to expand NexusFlow’s footprint within existing accounts.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build professional brand presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a history of hitting/exceeding annual quotas ($1M+ ARR).
- Deep expertise in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong background in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-velocity startup culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft).
