Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close for enterprise-level accounts.
- Map complex organizational structures and build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders (C-Suite, VPs).
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep-dives tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to streamline the sales process.
- Negotiate multi-year SaaS contracts and master the procurement process of large global entities.
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene within Salesforce to drive accurate revenue forecasting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a documented history of exceeding quotas.
- Proven track record of closing deals with contract values exceeding $100k ARR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of modern consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
