Responsibilities
- Execute strategic territory plans to identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to understand business pain points and provide value-driven solutions.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Product teams to tailor presentations to specific enterprise needs.
- Maintain a high level of pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand presence and generate new leads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales with a documented history of quota over-achievement.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles with Total Contract Values (TCV) exceeding $250k.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with a passion for building something from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
