Responsibilities
- Own and drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and closing enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to penetrate mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.
- Deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Product teams to align prospect requirements with platform capabilities.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene using Salesforce to accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue pipelines.
- Represent CloudScale at industry conferences, networking events, and executive roundtables to build pipeline.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, with a strong preference for MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales methodologies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or modern software development ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical sales experience).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly collaborative team player with a passion for high-growth tech environments.
