Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations to demonstrate the value of our SaaS platform.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, manage the full sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to provide consultative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling into the Enterprise or Mid-Market segment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, with strong data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of resilience and the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and team offsites (approx. 10-20%).
