Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise leads through outbound campaigns and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and renewal revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software industry.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
