PT. Kiintics Global Teknologi is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Elevator Technician to join our growing technical team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of vertical transportation systems across our project sites.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about mechanical and electrical systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of elevator maintenance, including complex installations, precision adjustment (adjuster tasks), and proactive troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive installation of elevator systems in accordance with blueprints and safety protocols.
- Perform precise adjustment (adjuster) tasks to ensure smooth operation, leveling, and speed control.
- Conduct routine diagnostic checks and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance services to ensure maximum uptime and equipment longevity.
- Interpret complex technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to resolve technical malfunctions.
- Prepare detailed service and installation reports for project management review.
- Collaborate with the safety team to adhere to strict occupational health and safety standards on construction and commercial sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Elevator Technician or in a similar technical role (installation and maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and mechanical hoisting systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle onsite technical tasks.
