Responsibilities
- Design complex electrical schematics and circuit layouts using EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototype systems to ensure compliance with IEEE and NFPA standards.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineering teams to integrate electrical components into broader systems.
- Lead root cause analysis for system failures and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including BOMs, datasheets, and installation manuals.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical drawings for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
