What You’ll Do:

As the EHS Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our environmental and occupational health programs, ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS management systems (ISO 14001, OSHA compliance) aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
  • Lead thorough incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements, including EPA, Cal-OSHA, and local environmental compliance documentation.
  • Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for all employee levels, from executive leadership to entry-level staff.
  • Cultivate a strong safety culture by promoting open communication, hazard reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor environmental performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly EHS performance reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in EHS management, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sectors.
  • Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar professional designation is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and California state environmental and safety laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex safety data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence behavior change across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in EHS management software and MS Office Suite.
