We are seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales initiatives at The Azure Collection, a premier luxury destination in the heart of Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand identity of a world-class hospitality asset and drive substantial revenue growth.
In this role, you will oversee the entire sales and marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning and brand positioning to operational execution. You will be responsible for cultivating high-value relationships with corporate partners, travel agencies, and government bodies, while leading a talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media strategy, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Finance department to achieve annual revenue targets and budget adherence.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore tourism landscape and international travel trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools.
