In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our property, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to five-star excellence.
You will lead a diverse team across multiple departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with the art of high-end hospitality, driving both profitability and guest loyalty in one of the world's most prestigious travel destinations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all day-to-day resort operations to ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve financial targets and optimize P&L performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Maintain rigorous quality control through regular inspections and guest feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive seasonal occupancy and premium revenue streams.
- Oversee capital expenditure projects and facility maintenance to preserve the asset's prestige.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar operating budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and financial reporting software.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, seasonal environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
