Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive global talent strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives and scaling goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing People Operations team across talent acquisition, employee relations, and total rewards.
- Architect innovative performance management frameworks that drive high engagement, transparency, and measurable results.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a representative, equitable, and vibrant workforce.
- Advise the executive suite on complex organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic change management.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of advanced HRIS and People Analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage complex employee relations and ensure robust compliance across all operating regions to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within high-growth technology or professional services sectors.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling culture in hybrid or remote-first work environments.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep expertise in federal and New York state labor laws and contemporary regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex people metrics into actionable business insights.
