In this executive-level role, you will be the architect of our organizational DNA, bridging the gap between business objectives and employee fulfillment. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for transformative HR leadership and a track record of building world-class cultures in the tech or professional services sector, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive People Strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term scaling objectives.
  • Lead global talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top-tier industry professionals.
  • Design and implement data-driven performance management frameworks that incentivize excellence and professional growth.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a representative and belonging-centric workplace.
  • Oversee total rewards, including competitive compensation structures and premium benefit programs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive suite on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Nurture a high-trust culture through transparent internal communications and innovative engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a high-growth tech or consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Active SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in navigating complex US labor laws and multi-state compliance.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive interpersonal dynamics with discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or BambooHR).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable business insights.
