Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive People Strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term scaling objectives.
- Lead global talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top-tier industry professionals.
- Design and implement data-driven performance management frameworks that incentivize excellence and professional growth.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a representative and belonging-centric workplace.
- Oversee total rewards, including competitive compensation structures and premium benefit programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive suite on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Nurture a high-trust culture through transparent internal communications and innovative engagement programs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a high-growth tech or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Active SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in navigating complex US labor laws and multi-state compliance.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive interpersonal dynamics with discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or BambooHR).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable business insights.
