Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports rapid organizational scaling and business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
- Lead global talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top-tier diverse talent in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement innovative performance management frameworks that promote continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs to ensure a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive total rewards packages, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
- Drive employee engagement through modern culture-building initiatives and internal communication strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in high-growth technology environments or fast-paced corporate settings.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and strategic HR business partnering.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Experience managing HRIS implementations and utilizing people analytics to drive decision-making.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
