Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with a history of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
