Responsibilities

- Oversee daily business activities, including supply chain management, process engineering, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Champion organizational change initiatives to improve productivity and employee engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
- Expertise in lean six sigma, agile methodologies, or equivalent process optimization frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in business intelligence tools and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive complex projects from conception to completion.
