Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows across logistics, procurement, and supply chain management
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating contracts and service level agreements
- Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain operational technology systems
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports on operational performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
