- Lead a team of 12+ operations specialists with performance management and mentorship
- Implement lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision making
- Overhaul inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless logistics execution
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ managing teams
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and logistics technology
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with track record of process innovation
