Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize cross-functional operations teams to improve output and reduce overhead.
- Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Analyze key performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making for executive leadership.
- Oversee annual budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and transparency.
- Direct supply chain and logistics workflows to ensure on-time delivery and operational compliance.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive auditing and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in senior operations roles, ideally within the logistics or tech-enabled services sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to high-growth environments.
- Expertise in ERP software, project management tools (Jira, Asana), and advanced data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements exceeding $20M.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor diverse, high-performing teams.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is highly desirable.
