  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service culture and the ability to foster a guest-centric organizational mindset.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
