Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive guest service strategies that drive satisfaction scores and brand loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house, concierge, and guest relations professionals.
- Monitor real-time guest feedback and implement proactive solutions to ensure seamless service recovery.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline cross-functional workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design and execution of personalized VIP experiences and bespoke island excursions.
- Manage departmental budget, staffing levels, and training programs to maintain high-performance standards.
- Analyze guest data and market trends to anticipate needs and implement innovative service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably at a 5-star resort or hotel.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., Medallia, TripAdvisor, Forbes Standards).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury service culture and the ability to foster a guest-centric organizational mindset.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and operational budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
