Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive guest experience strategies to exceed satisfaction metrics.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of concierge, front office, and guest services staff.
- Analyze guest feedback data to identify trends and implement service recovery improvements.
- Oversee high-profile guest relations and coordinate personalized VIP arrivals.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline cross-functional operational workflows.
- Manage the guest experience budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of empowerment, warmth, and proactive problem-solving within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort environments.
- Proven track record of improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and guest satisfaction ratings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Passion for Hawaiian culture and sustainable tourism practices.
