Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive guest satisfaction strategies to exceed Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house, concierge, and guest relations professionals.
- Analyze guest feedback data and sentiment scores to identify opportunities for service refinement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and service delivery across all touchpoints.
- Manage VIP arrivals and maintain high-touch relationships with our most discerning global travelers.
- Drive innovation in personalized guest services and experiential programming.
- Oversee departmental budgets, operational workflows, and staffing optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-end resort environment.
- Proven track record in driving guest loyalty, NPS, and online reputation metrics.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and CRM software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the resort to luxury stakeholders.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
