  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design exclusive resort programming and experiences.
  • Analyze guest sentiment data to identify trends and implement continuous service improvements.
  • Manage the guest experience budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI on service initiatives.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, hosting VIP guests and managing high-profile resort activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience in luxury hotel or resort operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, with fluency in English (multilingualism is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) and CRM software.
