Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion strategies for North American markets.
- Identify and qualify high-value leads to build a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close complex, multi-year software licensing and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition based on market feedback.
- Represent NexusFlow at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Mentor a team of BDRs to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and lead generation platforms like Apollo.io or ZoomInfo.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where speed of execution is critical.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
