Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the Northeast region.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and secure high-potential leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry databases.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis to executive leadership on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the SaaS or Professional Services sector.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track interactions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets.
