- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform executive decision-making.
- Represent the firm at elite industry conferences, summits, and executive networking events.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team of business development managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS business development or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated history of closing complex, seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline management software.
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, ambiguous startup environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding aggressive annual revenue quotas.
