Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive revenue growth in target enterprise sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate high-value partnerships and client acquisition opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, ensuring optimal profitability and long-term viability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align market demand with our solution roadmap.
- Represent the company at elite industry conferences and executive-level networking events.
- Mentor junior business development associates to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to pivot our approach in real-time.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue targets in excess of $5M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline forecasting.
