Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate key enterprise accounts across North America.
- Identify and qualify high-value leads through networking, industry events, and data-driven prospecting.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align market insights with roadmap development.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader at executive conferences and industry summits.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery and demo to final procurement and onboarding.
- Mentor junior business development associates to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise business development or high-level B2B sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue targets in excess of $5M.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, consultative selling techniques, and CRM workflows (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support key initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to interpret market intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
